A : Every letter used to create a customised piece of artwork was photographed by ourselves
from locations within the United Kingdom (uk). In fact all of the raw products used for our
frames are sourced within the uk, when you give a Naturename personalised letter frame
rest assured that you are purchasing a truly unique uk gift that is hand crafted using only
the best materials.
Q : Can i order a name or word longer than 11 letters (eg; double barrelled name)
A : Please email us your requirements and we will contact you with any options we may have.
Q : Can i submit pictures for you to use.
A : Unfortunately we are unable to accept pictures from other sources as we wish to avoid
any copyright issues that may arise in the future
Q : What is so unique about a Naturename letter art nameframe.
A : When you have completed the process of choosing a frame and selecting the letters to
create a name or word of your choice, it is very unlikely that the same combination has
been used in exactly the same order. You are actually designing a custom piece of
artwork.
Q : How safe are my credit/debit card details
A : We use Google Checkout which offers fraud protection for purchases and utilises ssl
encryption technology for all online transactions. Naturename receives the customer
delivery address and email address for communication, we do not have access to
card details. Once you have submitted your details and created a password it is a
very easy process to purchase securely from the ever increasing number of online
