Delivery
Please allow 14 days for delivery of your personalised frame, each order is crafted to customer requirements and as such is not an item held in stock, when you have placed your order you will be notified by email to confirm this.
We will also email you when your framed gift has been completed and notify you of the expected delivery date.
Should you need your order in a shorter time period than mentioned above please contact us with your requirements and we will do our best to accomodate you. this may incur a surcharge to cover any extra costs to ourselves (e.g.express courier charges)
